About Grandview Title Services, LLC

Grandview Title Services, LLC was founded by Dan Whalen and Jody Whalen in 2003.  Initially, GTS offices were located in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky.  In 2006, we moved our offices to the Clifton area of Cincinnati, Ohio in order to be more centrally located for customers in both Ohio and Kentucky.

We are experts in the complex issues and nuances of all types of real estate transactions. Immediate personal attention, exceptional service and education are our primary objectives.

Our staff has over 30 years combined experience in commercial, residential and government real estate transactions. We offer our clients timely solutions that meet problems head on.

Dan J. Whalen is a graduate of Thomas More College and the University of Kentucky College of Law. 

Jody Whalen is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
